Learn these techniques to de-stress

This past year has been very difficult for everyone – and unfortunately life continues to be stressful. Over the years, I have learned many de-stressing techniques that I have taught my students. I believe, now, more than ever, we all need the benefits of Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation. So I created the Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation Tool Box that contains 61-cards with detailed images and instructions on ways to de-stress.

The cards in the Tool Box contain mindful breathing techniques, yoga poses, meditations, and affirmations; all organized in a way to support you and your child in stressful times.
Practicing the yoga poses on the cards can help with self-awareness, build focus and concentration, help boost self-confidence while increasing strength, balance and flexibility. The breathing techniques and meditations help regulate stress and emotional well-being.
Focusing on the flow of your breathing in and out of your body is a simple way to practice mindfulness. Mindfulness is focusing in a relaxed and easy way to what’s happening right now. Each and every card in the Tool Box contains an element of mindfulness. Using the positive statements on the affirmation cards can have a positive effect when the affirmations are repeated on a daily basis.
