Are you a morning person?

Do you growl in the morning like a big bear or do you rise from sleep easily? Are you more productive in the morning, afternoon or evening? Are you an early bird or a night owl? There are no right or wrong answers here. Both sides are valid.

Well, whether you are a night owl or an early bird here is an invitation to start a morning yoga practice with me. Starting your day with yoga can have many long term benefits as well as leaving you feeling immediately calmer. Some of the benefits of a morning yoga practice are: It alleviates stress, reduces anxiety and improves strength and flexibility.

Instead of waking up and “hit the ground running” (as the expression goes), pause to feel the breath move in and out, clear your mind and get ready for your day. So wake up and create a morning ritual of a morning yoga practice with me.
