Congratulations to Jennifer Pugh-Sullivan for completing Peaceful Yogas’ March Yoga Challenge. She made a commitment to Yoga and stuck to it. What an inspiration she is to us all. Also thank you to all the students who participated in the challenge. We look forward to running the Yoga Challenge again soon.
The 4-week Yoga for Anxiety Workshop will be meeting again in April on Mondays at 7:30 p.m. The students who have attended the workshop in February and March have really enjoyed the class. We are welcoming a new teacher at Peaceful Yoga – Emily Carroll. Emily’s Hatha Yoga Class will begin on Thursday April 7th at 6:15 p.m. Emily’s classes focus on syncing breath with movement, proper alignment, and full-body opening. Her class will begin with guided breath work and progress through 12 main postures, integrating others that support the spine and the flow of energy through the body.
