Peaceful Yoga Weekly Schedule

March 8th – March 14th
- Monday 11 a.m. Chair Yoga – Incorporating breathing exercises to calm the mind, warm up poses to increase circulation and standing poses for balance and strength. Sign up w/ Bellmore Memorial Library to receive the Zoom link.
- Tuesday/Thursday – 8 a.m. Breakfast Yoga – Start your day with this one hour Vinyasa Yoga Class that will allow you to feel Refreshed, Renewed, Nourished and Balanced.
- Tuesday/Thursday 4 p.m After School Kids Yoga – This Peaceful Yoga class is designed for children. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination. Classes are intended to be fun and always include age-appropriate yoga games.
- Wednesday 10 a.m. – 10 Minutes of Mindfulness
- Friday 11 a.m. Chair Yoga – Go to Oceanside Library Website for the Zoom Link.
- Friday 7 p.m. Restorative Yoga – End your week by slowing down with yoga poses that provide physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
