All current 10 class plans can be converted to the one month plan. This is a great opportunity to look and feel great this summer!
Yes we’ll pause your plan and it will start up again on September 1st.
We highly encourage our students to register before class. However, drop-ins are always welcome.

Yoga is for everyone, and modifications are always available. After choosing your classes, communicate with instructors about your concerns, and focus on the benefits for your personal well-being rather than comparing yourself to others. Yoga is a journey, and everyone starts from a different point – the key is to enjoy the process and gradually build your practice.
