Beginner are always welcome. We highly suggest taking the Begginers Yoga 101 class every other month, or contact us and we’ll suggest the right class for you.
Choose clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Many people opt for leggings or yoga pants paired with a comfortable top.
We highly encourage our students to register before class. However, drop-ins are always welcome.

Metered parking on Church Street is available until 6 pm, and parking becomes free after that time.
Yoga is for everyone, and modifications are always available. After choosing your classes, communicate with instructors about your concerns, and focus on the benefits for your personal well-being rather than comparing yourself to others. Yoga is a journey, and everyone starts from a different point – the key is to enjoy the process and gradually build your practice.
