Yoga & Meditation for Every Body

​In our adult and children’s yoga classes, we teach movement with breath, focusing on alignment and strength. Yoga has been shown to improve overall health. With this in mind, it’s no surprise that it can therefore lend its benefits to everyone. We begin class with setting an intention and always end with relaxation. In our meditation workshops, we teach a variety of mediation styles. It is our objective that at the end of the workshop you will leave with at least one mediation style that you can take home and practice daily.

Mindfulness Training

Just like adults, teens and ‘tweens are stressed and need tools to deal with their complicated modern lives. Mindfulness techniques have been shown to help adults and kids decrease stress and anxiety, which can increase happiness in life.
This six week program will provide an age-appropriate introduction to mindfulness, including tools to help you and/or your child:

Decrease the effect of stress in their lives
Increase focus and attention
Help with emotional regulation
Improve communication in their relationships
Increase a sense of wellness

Building Essential Wellness

As a certified Health Coach, I am now working with clients to help them to create a healthier and happier life, reduce stress, have more energy, and reach their health goals. I assist clients either individually or in groups. I apply easy to manage techniques so women have more energy, reduce stress and maintain a healthy weight. My program helps women feel positive about themselves by providing a supportive space to grow and develop a balanced lifestyle. I have a special invitation for you – a free initial consultation session with me. You’ll have the opportunity to talk about your life, what you’ve always dreamed of, and the goals you’d like to accomplish for your health. It’s an opportunity to be heard and to get a sense of what it feels like to have more support in your life. You’ll also learn how to reach those goals by working with me in my health coaching program.
